About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies for the German market
  • Identify new business opportunities through targeted acquisition of wholesale customers (e.g., network operators, carriers)
  • Advise on and market technical wholesale products from the Gamma SIP portfolio
  • Procure and manage tenders
  • Achieve individually agreed revenue targets
  • Manage wholesale customers such as network operators and international carriers
  • Conduct customer meetings, trade shows, presentations and contract negotiations in the field
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Participate in marketing activities with a focus on target markets
  • Monitor the market, perform competitive analysis and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Procurement and Legal to implement customer-specific solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Sales experience, ideally in B2B or telecommunications (knowledge of network technologies, products and competitive landscape)
  • Willingness to travel (flexibility for field visits and customer meetings throughout Germany) and high self-motivation
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain partnerships on an equal footing
  • Structured work approach and strong closing skills
  • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
  • Good English language skills, spoken and written.
