About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies for the German market
- Identify new business opportunities through targeted acquisition of wholesale customers (e.g., network operators, carriers)
- Advise on and market technical wholesale products from the Gamma SIP portfolio
- Procure and manage tenders
- Achieve individually agreed revenue targets
- Manage wholesale customers such as network operators and international carriers
- Conduct customer meetings, trade shows, presentations and contract negotiations in the field
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Participate in marketing activities with a focus on target markets
- Monitor the market, perform competitive analysis and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Procurement and Legal to implement customer-specific solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales experience, ideally in B2B or telecommunications (knowledge of network technologies, products and competitive landscape)
- Willingness to travel (flexibility for field visits and customer meetings throughout Germany) and high self-motivation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships on an equal footing
- Structured work approach and strong closing skills
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- Good English language skills, spoken and written.
