About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Preparation of regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) in accordance with applicable standards
Preparation and analysis of data for reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analyses
Ensuring data quality and integrity by reviewing data sources used
Aligning reporting requirements with cross-functional teams and delivering on time to internal and external stakeholders
Optimizing and automating existing reporting processes and identifying redundant reports
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and KPI analyses to manage company performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management or a related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Finance
Several years of professional experience in reporting, controlling, business analytics or a similar finance-related role, preferably in an international environment
Strong knowledge of relevant financial reporting frameworks
Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, including reconciliations and ensuring data quality
Advanced Excel skills and experience with modern ERP and BI systems
Knowledge of IFRS and common reporting software (e.g., OneStream, Cognos) is an advantage
Structured, detail-oriented and independent working style
Team player, self-starter and responsible
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
