About the role
- You develop, optimize and uphold our company-wide quality standards, with a focus on applications based on Java, C# and Python. This ensures reliable, efficient and secure software development.
- You design and implement effective testing procedures and test concepts.
- You analyze, document and remediate quality issues — from root-cause analysis to sustainable fixes.
- You identify training needs and deliver company-wide training on QA methods and tools.
- You work closely with internal teams to understand system and software requirements and make them testable.
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in software development / software testing
- Solid expertise in QA methodologies, testing tools and modern testing practices
- You reliably identify bugs and prioritize risks — including security-related aspects
- You communicate findings clearly and work collaboratively with developers, product owners, project managers and business analysts
- Strong time management and multitasking skills; open to new tools and state-of-the-art testing approaches
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
