About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead initiatives to assess business performance and develop data-driven solutions
Collaborate with departments to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
Oversee the creation of automated reports and dashboards for key business metrics
Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
Lead complex analyses on marketing campaigns and recommend optimizations
Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional teams on key projects
Engage with C-level executives and present detailed analyses and actionable insights
Manage process improvement and business transformation initiatives
Oversee large-scale projects from concept to execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as a business analyst or senior analyst
Proficient in Google Workspace, Python, SQL, QlikSense, and cloud platforms like GCP
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior analysts
Strong analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI management
Familiarity with iGaming, online gaming, or tech-driven industries preferred.
