About the role
- Own new user activation across app and web, from first visit through early engagement and entry into the purchase funnel.
- Define and drive the activation roadmap, balancing rapid experimentation with durable product improvements.
- Partner closely with Marketing and CRM to improve acquisition and landing page experiences that better engage and convert users earlier.
- Own onboarding experiences, ensuring new users quickly understand Gametime’s value and how to get started.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation across activation and early lifecycle surfaces, using insights to inform product decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Data to ship high-quality experiences that improve speed to value, clarity, and delight.
- Develop a deep understanding of new user behavior and pain points, and use those insights to continuously improve the fan experience.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of product management experience, ideally on consumer products with meaningful acquisition and onboarding surfaces.
- Experience owning activation, onboarding, or early lifecycle experiences across web and mobile.
- Proven ability to operate as a senior IC, driving strategy, execution, and outcomes independently.
- Strong experimentation and analytical skills, with experience using data and testing to guide decisions.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- A user-first mindset with a focus on speed to value, clarity, and early engagement.
