About the role
- Lead Gametime’s creator relationship strategy across UGC, influencers, and brand ambassadors for paid and owned channels in support of both conversion and brand-building company objectives.
- Source, negotiate, brief, and own end-to-end the direct relationships with creators, fostering deep relationships with partners and energizing them to represent the Gametime brand.
- Partner with Creative and Growth to build a forward-looking and scalable UGC program through sourcing tools, direct outreach, and inbound creator interest to create a reliable, high-performing content engine.
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing to turn creator content into mobile-first UGC that drives IPM and CPI improvements, using data to guide creator selection and creative iteration.
- Build and operationalize an analysis framework for asset-level performance across both growth and brand initiatives, informing go-forward strategy for concepting, budgeting, briefings, and creator negotiation and retention decisioning.
- Collaborate with brand strategy, creative, organic social, and content teams to develop creator-led concepts, campaigns, and activations that support launches, partnerships, and cultural moments.
- Develop and nurture Gametime’s Creator Community, fostering long-term creator advocacy and repeat partnerships beyond one-off campaigns.
- Partner with Marketing and Creative Ops to establish clear workflows for creator briefing, asset delivery, approvals, and handoff across paid and organic channels to enable speed and scale.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in influencer, creator, or UGC marketing.
- Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing creator relationships directly for both performance and brand objectives.
- Strong understanding of UGC for mobile performance, including IPM, CPI, and creative testing.
- Experience working cross-functionally with brand, creative, social, and performance teams.
- Hands-on experience with creator sourcing platforms (e.g., Aspire) and direct outreach.
- Strong creative instincts paired with a data-driven mindset.
- Passion for sports, music, comedy, and live events—and the role creators play in culture.
