• Be a key driver in getting the unannounced indie title from pre-alpha stage to Early Access
• Maintain a roadmap and healthy backlog to ensure steady progress
• Coordinate cross-discipline work and empower discipline leads
• Collaborate closely with the Game Director and contribute to project roadmaps
• Map risks and identify team support needs for the project

Software Engineer

• Lead the programming team through production to release
• Develop gameplay, systems, and tools in Unity/C#
• Guide the team in challenging gameplay and systems work
• Ensure the codebase remains stable, readable, and performant
• Manage direct reports and maintain performance standards

Lead Programmer

3D Artist

• Lead environment art from production to release for an unannounced indie title
• Build visual targets and reliable pipelines for materials, props, and scenes
• Collaborate with the Senior Artist and Game Director on game design and art direction
• Ensure environments are stable and shippable for PC Early Access
