About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for identifying, validating, and scaling new product opportunities that expand GameChanger's impact across youth sports.
  • Define and drive product strategy by combining customer insights, market opportunities, business objectives, and experimentation to bring innovative products and experiences from concept to market.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, CX, Marketing, and Business leaders to align teams around a shared vision and deliver high-quality products that create meaningful value for users and the business.
  • Navigate ambiguity and make thoughtful investment decisions as opportunities evolve, balancing long-term strategy with near-term execution.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing product managers while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, collaboration, and customer obsession.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • An experienced product leader with a proven track record building and scaling consumer-facing technology products, including leading Product Managers and cross-functional teams through periods of significant growth and change.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities are still being defined.
  • A strong product thinker who can identify customer problems, evaluate opportunities, and translate insights into products that drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • An effective communicator and collaborator who excels at alignment-building, influencing stakeholders, and leading through complexity.
  • Passionate about building exceptional user experiences and developing inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Curious about emerging technologies and excited by the opportunity to help shape the future direction of a growing business.
