Assist game teams with technology choices and follow through with implementation.
Mentor more junior engineers via paired programming and code reviews.
Work with project managers inside and outside our studio to deliver features to players.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
3+ years of professional backend services experience
Experience writing backend services in an established framework (e.g. Java Spring, ASP.NET, Node.js, Django or similar)
Experience with cloud computing and cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with a strongly-typed programming language (C#, Java, C++, or similar)
Must be fluent in English and willing to work according to US time zones (must be available 8am - 3pm Pacific Time).
