Key responsibilities & impact

Take day-to-day operational ownership of assigned iGaming affiliate sites
Monitor site performance, traffic, engagement, and commercial outcomes
Manage production, review, approval, and publication of SEO-aligned content
Ensure published content is accurate, relevant, engaging, compliant, and up to date
Review and proofread content from internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and AI-supported workflows
Maintain offers, bonus information, terms and conditions, licence details, responsible gambling information, and market-specific content
Improve content, user experience, engagement, brand positioning, and commercial performance
Manage widgets, casino cards, toplists, promotional placements, and other commercial site content
Collaborate with SEO on content opportunities, keyword gaps, trends, and search behaviour
Use AI and automation to improve content and operational workflows while maintaining quality and accuracy
Support integration of video, social media, streamer, and creator content
Use analytics, SEO, and internal reporting tools; escalate issues and identify improvements
Coordinate with SEO, Content, Sales, Design, Video, Social Media, CRM, Marketing, and Tech teams
Ensure site activity follows compliance, responsible gambling, and internal requirements
Review AI-generated or materially AI-modified content and support responsible, transparent AI use, including disclosure, record-keeping, and compliance where applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, digital publishing, content operations, or a similar environment
Experience managing or contributing to content-led websites
Strong editorial judgement with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with WordPress or a similar CMS
Good understanding of SEO, digital performance, and content optimisation
Experience working with analytics and SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar
Familiarity with AI content tools and automated workflows, with the ability to apply them without compromising quality
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or confidence to troubleshoot straightforward site issues
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
Proactive, commercially aware mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong written and spoken English
Additional languages relevant to assigned markets are an advantage
