About the role

  • Support and evolve the CRM strategy across Email, SMS, Web Push, Pop Ups and emerging channels.
  • Build and optimise multi-step, automated customer journeys for acquisition, re-engagement, and retention.
  • Own the full journey from paid acquisition (e.g., Meta / Google Ads) into database — ensuring leads are accurately tracked, scored, and nurtured.
  • Turn CRM KPIs into actionable plans that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Working with our UX team to build and test dynamic, personalised content within customer journeys.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests across messaging, segmentation, send time, and UX.
  • Ensure landing pages, forms, and on-site components are optimised for CRM capture and conversion.
  • Manage segmentation frameworks across multiple GEOs, brands, and audience types.
  • Ensure database quality is maintained with accurate tagging, clean data structures, and GDPR-compliant opt-ins.
  • Monitor how leads progress through various lifecycle stages, identifying value gaps and optimisation opportunities.
  • Analyse channel and journey performance and share insights proactively with the wider team.
  • Report monthly on engagement, conversion, deliverability, retention, and user value.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve engagement rates, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Work closely with Paid Media, Content, Design, Data, and Development teams to align funnel strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, or eCRM - iGaming affiliate experience working across multiple markets is a must.
  • Proven ability to build automated workflows and manage lifecycle programs end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of how leads flow through funnels — including tracking, attribution, and value evaluation from Meta → landing page → opt-in → CRM journey → conversion.
  • Skilled in audience segmentation, personalisation, and behavioural targeting.
  • Hands-on experience with major CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong HTML knowledge for email template creation and optimisation.
  • Analytical mindset and comfortable interpreting large datasets, spotting patterns, and making data-backed decisions.
  • Excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills across Content, Design, Data, and Paid Media.
  • Solid understanding of GDPR, data compliance, and responsible marketing principles.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands, markets, and priorities.
  • Good to have: Experience with landing page optimisation or CRO workflows.
  • Background in designing reporting dashboards or working closely with Data teams.
  • Experience in lead generation techniques in igaming.
  • Exposure to mobile push and app-based lifecycle channels.
