About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Compile and complete B2B KYC processes and documentation
Draft, review, and prepare legal and corporate documents, internal policies, and procedures
Monitor licensing obligations across group entities, including renewal deadlines, filing requirements, licence conditions, and regulatory reporting
Support Responsible Gambling activities, including monitoring end-user requests and relevant reporting
Administer internal committees and subcommittees by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points
Support internal and external compliance audits, including documentation preparation and follow-up coordination
Maintain and update the contract management system
Help ensure compliance with iGaming, gaming licence, Responsible Gambling, and AML laws and regulations
Conduct legal and compliance research on regulatory and industry developments
Identify legal and compliance risks and contribute to mitigation measures
Track projects, deadlines, and milestones for the Head of Legal
Provide general legal and compliance support across the business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in a legal or compliance role, ideally within a B2C or B2B company or a law firm with a focus on the iGaming industry
Strong knowledge of iGaming regulations and licensing requirements, including licence renewals, regulatory reporting, and ongoing licensing obligations
Strong experience and demonstrated ability in drafting and reviewing policies and procedures
Good understanding of Responsible Gambling, AML, and regulatory compliance principles
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential legal and corporate information
Experience working directly with iGaming regulators or licensing authorities
Experience with multiple international gaming licences and regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with contract management systems and compliance tools
Legal qualification or degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field
Experience working in a fast-paced, international, remote-first environment
