About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.

Requirements
What you’ll need- VIP Account Management Experience - Previous experience working as a VIP Account Manager, VIP Host, Key Account Manager, or in a similar customer-facing role managing high-value clients.
- Strong Customer Relationship Skills - Ability to build trust, understand player needs, and maintain long-term relationships with high-value customers.
- Analytical Mindset - Comfortable analyzing player behavior, engagement metrics, and performance data to drive decisions.
- Casino Industry Knowledge - Understanding of online casino products, promotions, player psychology, and VIP management practices.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills - Ability to identify opportunities, upsell effectively, and create mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Cross-Cultural Communication - Ability to communicate effectively with players from diverse backgrounds and adapt engagement strategies to different cultural preferences.
