About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP players across Intercom, Discord, and email, handling inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and manage loyalty programs, promotions, and rewards designed around individual player preferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to create exclusive offers and experiences for VIP players.
  • Analyze player behavior and performance data to identify trends and refine engagement strategies.
  • Identify potential issues early and resolve them efficiently to maintain player trust and satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within iGaming or online gaming.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Intercom, Discord, or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
