About the role

  • Recruiting & Onboarding: End-to-end — from job posting to successful start
  • Team coordination (SPOC): First point of contact for our freelance psychologists
  • Quality & Standards: Contribute to policies, SOPs, templates, and best practices
  • Interface with executive management: Prioritize projects, implement initiatives, manage reporting
  • Process optimization: Identify bottlenecks, build automations, and improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in HR or (business) psychology
  • Professional experience in Operations/HR/People Ops, ideally in the health or e‑health sector
  • Structured, reliable, strong communicator — you keep operations running smoothly
  • Digital proficiency (e.g., Google Workspace, ATS/HRIS, project and automation tools)
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
