About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate recurring revenue reports and pipeline metrics to measure performance against sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards to visualize sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics for senior leadership.
- Utilize data visualization tools to deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and cleanup activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Prepare and maintain weekly sales and billing forecasts.
- Support the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans through data-driven analysis and insights.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to align forecasts with organizational goals and objectives.
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and system effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or internal stakeholders to implement solutions.
- Identify, recommend, and implement CRM enhancements and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to monitor sales activities, pipeline performance, and key metrics.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and enhance operational performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Work additional hours as required to support business needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, revenue operations, or a related role.
- Proficiency with Power BI is required; experience with SQL is preferred.
- Strong experience administering and reporting from Salesforce CRM.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience working within the defense, aerospace, or government contracting industry is considered an asset.
