Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience marketing complex technical products to enterprise buyers.
  • Proven track record building marketing from scratch at Series A/B companies.
  • A brand builder, not just a demand gen operator.
  • Demonstrated success operating as a small team with limited resources.
  • Technically fluent enough to understand and communicate our value proposition.
  • Data-driven with strong systems thinking.
  • AI-native in your marketing practice.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
  • Bonus Points: Experience marketing to both government and commercial sectors, background in cybersecurity, deep tech, or industrial/infrastructure technology markets, experience with account-based marketing to Fortune 500 enterprises, familiarity with compliance frameworks like CMMC.
