Key responsibilities & impact
  • SOLVE PROBLEMS, DON'T MANAGE THEM – HR, Legal, Accounting, Recruiting, B2B Sales. You won't receive a brief; you'll receive a challenge. You break it down, design the solution and implement it. In days, not weeks.
  • BUILD PROCESSES FROM SCRATCH – Much is still done ad hoc. You turn that into repeatable systems: contract templates, recruiting funnels, quality gates, checklists. After that, it runs without you.
  • INTERFACE – Two locations, external service providers, internal teams. You keep the threads together, make sure commitments are kept and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • PREPARE DECISIONS – KPI reports, cost comparisons, action options. Presented so the COO can decide in 5 minutes instead of 2 hours.
  • CLOSE GAPS – No one will point out where a gap is. You find it yourself and act — without approval loops or needing reassurance at every step.

What you’ll need
  • EXECUTE WITHOUT INSTRUCTION – You have built something from scratch before: a process, a system or a structure. Without a template, without a manual. You don't need a briefing to get started.
  • OWNERSHIP – If something is left undone it bothers you more than your manager. You follow tasks through until they are completed, not merely handed off.
  • SPEED – 80% today beats 100% next week. You can master a new topic in two hours, give a reliable recommendation and implement it immediately.
  • AI AS A TOOL – You use Claude, ChatGPT or similar tools daily and purposefully as leverage: to solve problems, produce text and run option analyses.
  • STRAIGHTFORWARD COMMUNICATION – You write so decisions can be made: problem, options, recommendation — done.
  • Degree completed, field doesn't matter. Initial operational experience in a startup, scale-up or fast-moving SME is a plus. Internships or student working roles count if you made a real impact.
