Requirements
What you’ll need- PROCESS OWNERSHIP – You have at least 2 years' experience owning an end-to-end process.
- PHONE-FIRST ATTITUDE – You pick up the phone before you start typing.
- INFLUENCE WITHOUT HIERARCHY – You have guided experienced colleagues without being their formal manager.
- 50+ CASES IN PARALLEL – You have a system for managing many concurrent cases with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
