About the role

  • MANAGE CASES – Every customer case from contract signing to final invoice has a clear status, a next step and an owner.
  • COORDINATE APPOINTMENTS – You schedule on-site appointments with customers, coordinate installations with subcontractors, and manage handovers after completion.
  • LEAD CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS – Welcome calls, defect resolution, payment collection, coordination with subcontractors and sales.
  • DRIVE INTERNAL FOLLOW-UP – Sales reps not updating the CRM? You hold them accountable.
  • KEEP DATA CLEAN – CRM and project management tools are kept up to date on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • PRECISE MANAGEMENT – You have simultaneously managed 20+ open cases with multiple stakeholders, deadlines and potential escalations.
  • CONTROLLED ASSERTIVENESS – You conduct difficult conversations with purpose. You resolve conflicts, pursue payments, and remain calm and clear even when situations are uncomfortable.
  • INTERNAL ENFORCEMENT – You get colleagues and service providers to follow through on commitments. You address issues directly, persistently follow up, and escalate in a structured way when necessary.
  • PROACTIVE FOLLOW-UP – Nothing slips through with you. You follow up, verify results, and ensure problems do not recur.
  • ACTIVE TOOL MAINTENANCE – You actively use CRM and project management tools to steer your work, not just for documentation.
