About the role
- Telephone initial conversations – You call prospects, conduct short conversations and clarify any open questions.
- Appointment scheduling – You secure confirmed appointments for our sales representative seminars or B2C consultations.
- Explanation of participation terms – You communicate key information clearly and professionally, including contractual documents.
- Lead management – You record all conversations in the CRM system and maintain a clear overview.
- Follow-up – You follow up with prospects to drive a high attendance rate.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills – You enjoy talking to people and convince others with clear, articulate communication.
- Telephone affinity – Handling a high number of calls per day motivates you rather than drains you.
- Experience is an advantage – Background in customer service, recruiting, or sales—any telephone-based experience is helpful.
- Structured & reliable – You work in an organized, dependable way and keep track even with many contacts.
