About the role
- Initial phone conversations – You call interested parties, conduct short conversations, and answer open questions.
- Appointment scheduling – You secure confirmed appointments for our sales representative seminars or B2C consultations.
- Explaining participation terms – You communicate important information clearly and professionally, including contractual documents.
- Lead management – You document all conversations in the CRM system and maintain an organized overview.
- Follow-up – You follow up with prospects to ensure a high attendance rate.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills – You enjoy talking to people and are persuasive with clear language.
- Phone affinity – Handling many calls per day is not a problem for you; it motivates you.
- Experience is a plus – Background in customer service, recruiting, or sales—any phone-related experience is helpful.
- Structured & reliable – You work in an organized, dependable manner and keep track even with many contacts.
- Motivation – You want to grow and take on real responsibility in the sales field.
