About the role

  • You ensure that our Salesforce instance runs smoothly and that our business units can make the best decisions
  • You combine technical knowledge with analytical thinking
  • You are the first point of contact for exciting challenges from our business units
  • Administration and maintenance of our Salesforce environment
  • Create meaningful reports and dashboards that deliver real value
  • Analyze data and provide insights to support better decision-making
  • Ensure clean data and thus reliable results
  • Customize and extend configurations (e.g. fields, Lightning page layouts)
  • Document changes and processes
  • Support new features and releases
  • Support smaller projects with the opportunity to take full ownership
  • Prepare and deliver user training (depending on experience)

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree, ideally in IT or Business Informatics
  • Initial experience with Salesforce (certifications are a plus)
  • Interest in data analysis and reporting
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong IT affinity, willingness to learn and eagerness to try new things
  • Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
