Manager

• Recruitment and hiring of external instructors, including preparation, coordination, and issuance of framework contracts and teaching assignments
• Development, expansion, and maintenance of a nationwide pool of instructors and a cross-disciplinary instructor database
• Collection, coordination, and structured documentation of instructors' availability
• Planning, organizing, and conducting onboarding for new instructors (e.g., instructor ID cards, system access, initial briefing)
• Maintenance and administration of all instructor-related data in the Student Information System (e.g., CVs, framework agreements, teaching assignments, supplemental agreements, examination authorization documents)
• Preparation and issuance of certificates and reference letters for adjunct instructors
• Participation in the design, development, and implementation of processes and policies in the area of instructor management
• Active maintenance of instructor relationships, e.g., by organizing instructor meetings, semester refreshers, and other exchange formats
• Supervision and monitoring of the self-billing process in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
