About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist accounts in gaining access to Galderma’s biologic treatment
  • Provide access assistance, education, and general support to patients with prurigo nodularis and atopic dermatitis
  • Partner with US cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
  • Optimize the patient and account experience
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve access challenges for patients prescribed Galderma products
  • Deliver information and education on patient support services and product access
  • Support strategic and tactical initiatives within the assigned geographic region
  • Support the Regional Sales Manager and 5–7 Account Managers
  • Adhere to complex compliance business rules protecting patient confidentiality and access to care
  • Serve as the escalation point for field-based access issues
  • Partner with Sales, Market Access, and Patient Services colleagues
  • Partner with Specialty Pharmacies and HUB services to support a seamless patient journey
  • Act as a subject matter expert in reducing non-clinical barriers to therapy access
  • Educate dermatology customers on Galderma patient services through meetings, business reviews, and educational programs
  • Travel regularly and perform work across customer sites, healthcare settings, conferences, and company locations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; dermatology and/or biologic experience preferred
  • 2+ years in a reimbursement or access role supporting prescription based products
  • Proven experience successfully launching new to market specialty products and resolving difficult access challenges
  • Understanding of utilization management tools, prior authorizations, and appeals
  • Account management experience preferred
  • Cross-functional experience required, with proven track record of collaboration and coordination
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate a point of view succinctly and effectively to leadership and external customers
  • Comprehensive analytical/strategic thinking skills
  • Ability and confidence to work effectively and with a sense of urgency
  • Adaptability, resilience, tenacity, and ability to quickly pivot
  • Proficient in English and MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Regular travel and ability to work in customer sites, healthcare settings, conferences, and company locations
  • External applicants must be eligible to work in the United States
