About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with KOLs
- Develop and execute HCP engagement strategies to shift sentiment and develop brand Advocates and Champions
- Manage speaker bureau activities, including speaker training, compliance, and product theater speaker management
- Plan and execute brand KOL activities and meetings at key conferences
- Manage or advise on regional sponsorship budgets, including recommendations, securement, and execution
- Coordinate conference and speaker contracting and training requirements with agency vendors
- Partner with HCP Marketing to develop advisory board strategy, content, and recommendations, and attend advisory boards
- Plan and execute KOL engagements and executive encounters during field engagements and conferences
- Collaborate compliantly with the field commercial team on KOLs and promotional program implementation
- Serve as the organizational point of contact for KOLs and collaborate with field sales
- Share KOL insights with marketing and senior leadership
- Provide directed insights and feedback to commercial leadership
- Identify, develop, and measure KOL advocacy aligned with key brand messages
- Develop market and disease-state understanding and identify opportunities to maximize brand and enterprise impact
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives and educational plans within the region
- Support engagement and sphere-of-influence mapping strategy
- Prepare the market for Galderma’s specialty biologic product with multiple indications
- Drive engagement strategy with national thought leaders and strengthen strategic partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in field sales leadership, TLL, product marketing, or medical/clinical field-based work in the same or related therapeutic area
- Experience in dermatology or immunology biologic therapeutics
- Launch experience preferred
- Cross-functional experience required
- Proven collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Comprehensive and proactive analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to synthesize data into key actions or strategies and manage through key performance metrics
- Ability to work effectively and urgently across a global matrix enterprise
- Ability to influence without authority
- Adaptability, resilience, and tenacity
- Ability to quickly pivot
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel more than 60%, potentially less based on geography
- Ability to travel to meetings, trainings, and programs as necessary
- Ability to work within label, regulatory, and legal compliance guidelines
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
