About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting for US entities
- Serve as revenue recognition technical accounting lead
- Research and apply IFRS guidance, prepare accounting memos
- Coordinate with business unit finance partners
- Identify and implement process improvement to increase team efficiency
- Contribute to monthly Analytical Review
- Perform periodic off-cycle Balance Sheet account reconciliation reviews
- Support global/local finance projects, ERP enhancements, and accounting policy implementations
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 direct reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (Masters preferred)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) required
- Minimum 8 years progressive accounting experience
- Deep technical accounting and financial reporting expertise
- Strong ERP system knowledge (Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Ability to lead change and drive process improvement
