About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Primary owner for overall commercial strategy and performance for TikTok Shop
Serve as the primary internal owner for TikTok Shop
Collaborate closely with an external operating partner to support day-to-day TikTok Shop execution
Serve as commercial owner for iHerb, leading strategy and growth initiatives
Develop and execute joint business plans with iHerb
Drive GMV, conversion, and visibility initiatives
Own platform-level P&L for TikTok Shop and iHerb
Partner with Finance and Supply Chain teams to forecast demand
Define affiliate and creator commerce strategy for TikTok Shop
Support creator activation and performance optimization
Lead strategy for TikTok Shop campaigns
Track and analyze key performance metrics
Act as a key connector across various teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
6+ years of experience in eCommerce, social commerce, or digital marketplaces
Hands-on experience working with TikTok Shop and strong familiarity with marketplace operations
Direct experience managing or partnering with iHerb strongly preferred
Strong understanding of social commerce, marketplace dynamics, and performance marketing
Demonstrated experience managing platform or customer-level P&L
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a dynamic environment
