Strategic Account Manager
GaldermaStrategic Account Manager responsible for developing growth strategies for high potential accounts at Alastin Skincare's Rocky Mountain region. Focused on driving Aesthetic sales through comprehensive business assessment and strategic initiatives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct business assessment and build strategic growth plan for designated Strategic Accounts for accelerated growth
- Partner with local Account Manager to develop forecast targets, initiatives to drive growth and reports to monitor progress of these accounts
- Establish and apply business building principles on best practices related to successful revenue generating approaches and pull through strategies, office promotions, etc.
- Conduct Account Business Reviews after thorough account analysis from account reports with each specified account
- Serve as lead on approaches that foster patient loyalty and an excellent patient experience within the practices they cover
- Align business decisions with strategic goals by demonstrating knowledge of market, competition and profitability
- Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree required
- 5 or more years Aesthetic sales experience
- Proven expertise in integrating medical and retail in a practice
- Effective coaching, training and development skills
- Effective goal setting, planning and communication, relationship-building, and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to utilize Excel and PowerPoint when needed
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and get others to buy in to specific goals and strategies in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Self-reliant with the ability to make solid business decisions
