About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for field-based leaders and teams within Injectable Aesthetics
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to managers on day-to-day people matters
Partner with Employee Relations Lead to assist in management of employee relations cases
Manage the compensation approval process for headcount and new positions
Collaborate with HR Manager, HRBP and Talent Lead to support the talent review process
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of progressive HR experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Strong knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, and U.S. employment law
Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders to drive talent, performance, and engagement strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with strong execution skills
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data modeling)
Experience with payroll/HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, or similar platforms
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Growth and learning mindset is a must
Ability to interpret complex problems and think strategically
