About the role

  • Drive engagement strategy across Aesthetics products and customer segments
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance regional partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Global and US teams
  • Own and develop strategic regional engagement plans for assigned regions
  • Drive product launch activities to optimize market readiness
  • Develop regional and national congress strategies targeting appropriate customers
  • Identify and maintain professional relationships with key customers
  • Partner with marketing leadership to develop advisory board strategy and content
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret market trends and competition
  • Engagement lead for advocacy and society groups

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • 3+ years in product management, field marketing, account management, and/or sales leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business; master’s degree preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Aesthetics marketplace
  • Strong customer focus and demonstrated ability in developing effective strategic relationships
  • Prior launch experience preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with both key internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Comprehensive analytical/strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a sense of urgency
  • Adaptability, resilience, and ability to quickly pivot between multiple tasks and initiatives
  • Valid driver’s license required
