- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Previous casino table games operations or sales experience preferred
- At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience
- Detailed understanding of casino table gaming industry preferred
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding and appreciation for table games
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and a drive to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Requires excellent computer skills
- Ability to prompt respond to common inquiries and maintain confidentiality
