Regional Sales Manager

Software Engineer

• Own the architecture for platform services, data model, event schemas, and security model
• Define long-term architectural direction aligned with business/product strategies
• Establish and oversee CI/CD, code review, testing, SLOs, and on-call frameworks and DevOps strategies
• Own vendor evaluation, acceptance, PR review, merge rights, and release gates
• Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hire, train, lead and mentor in-house and outsourced engineering teams
• Ensure solutions are aligned, scalable, efficient, and executed with business objectives, strategic plans/budgets, timelines and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical leadership in the development of game development frameworks, tools, and supporting systems
• Ensure ongoing product adherence to industry compliance standards
• Implement security best practices, to mitigate technical risk ensuring stable and secure development environments
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence by fostering innovation, accountability, and high integrity
• Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, Sales, and Customers
