About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop AI agents, automations and flows to support the production of proposals, presentations, analyses and operational routines for the consulting practice;
Build internal tools and no-code/low-code solutions that enable the team to use, adapt and finalize deliverables without continuous dependence on the developer;
Design automations for assembling PowerPoint presentations based on company templates, including modular formats such as generating or replacing specific slides from data and instructions;
Create routines for cleaning Excel datasets, data processing and executing recurring analyses with Python, producing verifiable outputs, summary tables and reusable structures;
Develop commands, flows and assistants for repeated analyses across multiple clients, standardizing technical steps and reducing the team’s manual effort;
Implement integrations between company tools such as Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, CRM and other applications used in the operation;
Create scheduled triggers and recurring automations, such as follow-ups, operational alerts and preventive actions, without requiring manual user initiation;
Support the structured use of LLMs in consulting routines, including dataset enrichment, market research, information consolidation and drafting material outlines;
Document flows, configurations and usage logic, contributing to the scalability and internal reuse of developed solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical knowledge: familiarity with automations, programming logic, API integrations, use of LLMs and building flows with no-code/low-code tools;
Required skills: n8n, Python and integration with models such as GPT, Claude and similar;
Desired skills: Node.js, VS Code, OpenCode, Lovable and code versioning;
Education: enrolled in or recently completing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development or related fields;
Profile: early-career, interested in building business-applied solutions, strong execution ability and ease working with non-technical teams;
Relevant differentiators: ability to convert loosely structured processes into practical solutions, clarity in understanding consulting team requests and strong communication with business stakeholders;
