About the role
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients;
- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients;
- Serve as the client's primary point of contact for questions, alignments, and delivery follow-up;
- Follow up on contract renewals;
- Identify and map new business opportunities within the client portfolio;
- Collaborate with internal teams, sharing client feedback;
- Update the CRM and other platforms with key customer journey information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in final years of study in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering;
- Interest in corporate finance and innovation;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Experience in customer service and relationship management;
- Interest in Galapos' areas of operation (Consulting, M&A, and Incentives);
- Organized, with a strong sense of priorities and autonomy in managing a client portfolio;
- Previous experience in partner relationship management, business development, commercial roles, or similar functions (B2B experience preferred);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative and relationship-focused approach;
- Experience in consulting, M&A, or structuring financial projects.
