About the role

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients;
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients;
  • Serve as the client's primary point of contact for questions, alignments, and delivery follow-up;
  • Follow up on contract renewals;
  • Identify and map new business opportunities within the client portfolio;
  • Collaborate with internal teams, sharing client feedback;
  • Update the CRM and other platforms with key customer journey information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in final years of study in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering;
  • Interest in corporate finance and innovation;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management;
  • Interest in Galapos' areas of operation (Consulting, M&A, and Incentives);
  • Organized, with a strong sense of priorities and autonomy in managing a client portfolio;
  • Previous experience in partner relationship management, business development, commercial roles, or similar functions (B2B experience preferred);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative and relationship-focused approach;
  • Experience in consulting, M&A, or structuring financial projects.
