About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C# and related technologies
- Provide architectural direction and technical leadership to scrum teams across the Provider Management domain
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to security and compliance standards (including PHI)
- Create development estimates and contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Investigate and resolve coding issues, bugs, and service requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ensure all development work complies with security best practices and regulatory requirements related to protected health information (PHI)
- Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
Requirements
- 7+ years of Professional Software Development experience
- strong emphasis on C#/.NET
- Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture, System Design, and Technical Leadership
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and secure coding practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum Environments with cross-functional teams
