About the role

  • Ensure that delivery of the service or technical solution meets contractual specifications
  • Shape and drive strategies to ensure that company's delivery model remains a competitive differentiator
  • Lead the company's global service operations with focus on quality and consistency
  • Develop and maintain a strategy for use of leveraged service centers
  • Serve as a key contributor to shaping company's vision for a global delivery model
  • Evaluate effectiveness of company performance in relation to contracts and delivery
  • Recommend methods to increase performance and delivery standards
  • Provide independent voice and advice on review of proposals and accounts
  • Oversee delivery assurance reporting
  • Partner with legal and financial teams to assess compliance
  • Ensure delivery model adheres to standards and best practices
  • Direct and manage budget; ensure activities are appropriately funded

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Twenty or more years of related experience
  • Fifteen or more years in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Experience working with product and services delivery in a global environment
  • Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity
  • Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data and contracts/service agreements
