About the role
- Lead complex customer service and CRM initiatives supporting healthcare and human services
- Ensure successful program delivery through cross-functional team guidance
- Serve as the principal point of contact between the CSC Vendor and the State
- Direct allocation, scheduling, and provisioning of CSC resources
- Provide senior-level governance, risk management, and issue resolution
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in managing large-scale customer service and/or CRM development projects
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable project management certification
- Bachelor’s degree in health care, business administration, information technology, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, including strong writing and formal presentation skills
