Lead complex customer service and CRM initiatives supporting healthcare and human services
Ensure successful program delivery through cross-functional team guidance
Serve as the principal point of contact between the CSC Vendor and the State
Direct allocation, scheduling, and provisioning of CSC resources
Provide senior-level governance, risk management, and issue resolution

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in managing large-scale customer service and/or CRM development projects
Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable project management certification
Bachelor’s degree in health care, business administration, information technology, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, including strong writing and formal presentation skills
