About the role

  • Lead complex customer service and CRM initiatives supporting healthcare and human services
  • Ensure successful program delivery through cross-functional team guidance
  • Serve as the principal point of contact between the CSC Vendor and the State
  • Direct allocation, scheduling, and provisioning of CSC resources
  • Provide senior-level governance, risk management, and issue resolution

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in managing large-scale customer service and/or CRM development projects
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or comparable project management certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in health care, business administration, information technology, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong writing and formal presentation skills
