About the role
- Design engaging, learner‑centered curriculum that supports workforce development and aligns with adult learning principles.
- Translate complex technical or operational information into clear, accessible learning experiences for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and define measurable learning objectives.
- Develop high‑quality instructional materials, including facilitator guides, participant guides, eLearning modules, job aids, and assessments.
- Leverage data, learner feedback, and performance outcomes to evaluate and refine training materials.
- Ensure all instructional content meets organizational standards for quality, accessibility, and compliance.
- Coordinate with project teams to align training deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in instructional design.
- Proficiency in advanced instructional design techniques and eLearning tools.
- Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations.
- Experience managing large-scale or complex projects.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
