About the role
- Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather functional requirements for document templates, including data mapping and business logic.
- Utilize Exstream Designer/Design Manager to create and maintain high-volume, on-demand document templates.
- Map complex input data (XML, JSON, CSV) to document variables and define conditional logic for personalized content.
- Support System Test team as well as the client during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure document accuracy and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and template consolidation to improve operational efficiency.
- Author detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and technical design documents.
Requirements
- Proficiency in OpenText Exstream (v16.6 or above)
- Strong ability to work with SQL, XML, and complex data structures for mapping purposes.
- Skills in process mapping (BPMN) and translating business needs into technical workflows.
- Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- OpenText Certified Analyst or Developer status is highly desirable in 2025.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
