About the role
- Reconciling and designating Drug Rebate payments in the Drug Rebate system at the National Drug Code level
- Researching and responding to DHCS and drug manufacturer inquiries via email
- Tracking incoming manufacturer documentation
- Mailing invoices and late payment notice letters
- Completing daily status reporting of work performed
- Handling company confidential data according to policy and guidelines
Requirements
- Two or more years of accounting experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organization skills to balance and prioritize work – attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools including Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication skills
