Focus on improving delivery methodologies, implementing transformation strategies, and ensuring operational consistency across engagements.
Enhance and enforce software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies across projects.
Establish best practices for delivery adherence and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps and scorecards to measure progress and impact.
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on delivery goals and transformation priorities.
Mentor and guide delivery teams to adopt best practices and embrace change.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
15+ years of experience in delivery management, transformation, or consulting within healthcare or technology sectors.
Proven expertise in SDLC methodologies and process improvement frameworks.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in developing playbooks, scorecards, and transformation roadmaps.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
