Requirements

9+ years of application, web and product design, development and support experience
3+ years experience working on Medicaid and Medicare IT systems
Expertise in software and product design methodologies in Web (.NET C#), Batch (UNIX/C) and Cloud environments
SQL experience with Oracle, SQL Server and other databases
Expertise in application development policies, procedures and analyzing costing/budgets to determine financial feasibility
Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills across application developers, customers, support personnel and management
Effective leadership and motivational skills, as well as the ability to mentor individual contributors
