About the role
- Regularly meet with customers and prospects to understand their needs, gather insights on market trends, and identify strategic initiatives
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product priorities, working closely with the India-based PM and R&D teams to deliver features that meet market demands
- Develop strong relationships with key customers by addressing their feedback and aligning the product roadmap to meet their needs and expectations
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure product features align with strategies and drive business value
- Champion the product roadmap by representing the team and product vision, to inspire and engage both internal and external audiences
- This role may require occasional travel (up to 20%) for customer meetings, internal collaboration, or company events
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management or related experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a post-graduate degree is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaborating with global teams across locations and cultures
- Passion for customer engagement and understanding market dynamics
- Demonstrated success in aligning product strategy with user needs
- Ability to foster trust and build strong relationships with both internal teams and customers
