About the role

  • Own the agent roadmap. Frame the product vision, turn ambiguous problems into hypotheses and MVPs, and maintain a clear, data-backed backlog that ladders to Atlas and Gainsight OKRs.
  • Partner with customers. Conduct discovery with Sales, CS, and Professional Services leaders to deeply understand workflows, pricing sensitivities, and success criteria after the deal closes.
  • Validate solutions via rapid prototypes and live pilots.
  • Drive execution with engineering & design. Write crisp PRDs / specs, craft prompts, and iterate quickly with LLMs and tools like Lovable, Cursor, etc.
  • Facilitate sprint rituals and unblock the team.
  • Measure & iterate. Define success metrics, set up analytics, and run A/B tests to optimize agent performance, usability, and commercial impact.
  • Evangelize & enable. Train Sales and CS on positioning and pricing, craft release notes and demos, and present progress to exec sponsors and enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • 3–5 + years of SaaS PM experience shipping production-grade products (ideally AI/ML-driven) with meaningful user adoption.
  • Ability to speak enterprise post-sales fluently.
  • You26ve built or sold tools for Customer Success, Renewals, Professional Services, or adjacent revenue teams, and know their KPIs and pain points.
  • Prototype with AI daily. You00re comfortable prompting GPT-4o, chaining calls, evaluating models vs. RAG pipelines, and hacking quick demos in Python/TypeScript or no-code tools.
  • Experience of making data your co-pilot. You interrogate Snowflake or BigQuery, run funnel analyses, and translate insights into product bets.
  • Communicating like a founder. Whether writing a one-pager, running a customer call, or debating trade-offs with engineers, you clarify the “why,” inspire action, and welcome feedback.
  • Thriving in ambiguity. Deadlines excite you, hats are interchangeable, and “good enough this week” beats “perfect next quarter.”
  • Prior software engineering, data-science, or agentic-framework (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.) experience. (nice-to-have)
  • Exposure to pricing & packaging for consumption-based or value-based SaaS models. (nice-to-have)
  • Track record co-developing products with large enterprises or strategic design partners. (nice-to-have)
