Responsible for designing and implementing new features and functionality adhering to our coding standards
Ensuring high-performance and availability
Managing all technical aspects of the CMS
Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure an effective, visually appealing, functional and intuitive implementation

4+ years working as a Drupal developer in an agency environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time-management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Flexible approach with the ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure
Personable, and able to work effectively with a variety of different people at all levels
The ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects with strong attention to detail
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
Able to solve problems and make effective and timely decisions based on the knowledge available
