About the role
- Run Paid Media campaigns for a mixture of clients (usually 3–6 clients depending on account size)
- Primary channel mix includes Facebook; may include Google Search and other channels
- Daily budget tracking
- Daily campaign management and optimisation
- Weekly reporting and ad hoc deep-dive analysis
- Develop and support A/B testing and propose test ideas
- Work with the Performance Director on each account and support strategy
- Client communications and, with experience, increased client management and strategic responsibility
- Internal knowledge sharing and learning new channels (TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
Requirements
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Minimum 2 years’ experience running direct response campaigns on Facebook or Google
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots and graphs)
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Excellent communicator
- Highly self-motivated and process driven
- Ability to adapt and action things last minute when needed
- Team player
- (Desired) Ideally agency experience with 1 year client comms
- (Desired) Google Data Studio experience
- (Desired) Google Analytics experience
