Oversee the end-to-end delivery of new features: define scope, draft clear specifications, and align teams on requirements
Translate ideas into mockups and prototypes with designers and partner with developers to implement them
Become a domain expert in private markets based on customer and internal expert conversations
Safeguard world-class UI/UX and actively challenge the team to deliver intuitive, well thought out features
Serve as a product ambassador: support training sessions for Go-to-Market teams and join sales calls to demonstrate value
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog; keep track of ideas from customers and internal teams
Lead multiple strategic projects and coordinate end-to-end delivery across designers, developers and content specialists
Work closely with the Director of Product and cross-functional teams
Implement AI-driven innovations in collaboration with in-house AI experts
Ensure every release maintains high quality while keeping velocity high
Requirements
5-8 years’ experience in either (or ideally both) Consulting, private equity or M&A
Conceptualising and delivering software products – ideally B2B and fintech
Project management experience; able to run several projects in parallel
Comfortable working with designers, developers and content specialists; team player
Empathetic and customer-focused
Detail oriented; thoroughly review designs and test new features
Velocity mindset; favour lean operations and speedy product development
Innovative spirit; excited to build things from the ground up and iterate
Excited to work with AI to identify and implement 10x gains
Analytical; ability to quickly analyse and interpret data
Outstanding communicator; adjust messaging based on audience
Willing and able to work in a hybrid model in Amsterdam
Bonus points: Experience with PE and M&A software; Experience in high-growth environments; Experience in product and design; Hands-on experience with AI to solve complex problems
