Junior Lenders Analyst – Private Equity Intelligence

Journalist

• Be an integral part of the founding team of a dedicated News function within the Private Equity Intelligence group
• Monitor financial news sources, company press releases and market data to identify M&A transactions and ownership changes, focused on the US initially
• Track, research and validate M&A deals and ownership transactions including VC fund raises, PE buyouts, and strategic acquisitions
• Accurately input and analyse deal information into Gain.pro platform ensuring high data quality and consistency
• Conduct routine checks to ensure data accuracy and keep information updated in a timely manner
• Support strategic initiatives to improve workflow processes and efficiency

News Analyst, Private Equity Intelligence

Product Manager

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of new features: define scope, draft clear specifications, and align teams on requirements
• Translate ideas into mockups and prototypes with designers and partner with developers to implement them
• Become a domain expert in private markets based on customer and internal expert conversations
• Safeguard world-class UI/UX and actively challenge the team to deliver intuitive, well thought out features
• Serve as a product ambassador: support training sessions for Go-to-Market teams and join sales calls to demonstrate value

• Research, analyze, and regularly audit lender profiles covering their credits and debt details, eventually expanding further into strategies, fund-level data, and other financial instruments to ensure accuracy, recency and completeness
• Eventually, provide support in mapping lender portfolio/credits to different strategies and validate asset-fund level linking
• Work in close cooperation with team members to support value added data projects for research and strategy purposes
• Collaborate with the Tech team to support with product improvements
• Utilise knowledge and subject matter expertise to support Junior Analysts with queries
