Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Engineers

Collaborate with Product, Engineering squads, and Customer Success to advocate for tooling improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

at least five (5) years of experience in software development or technical solution engineering
at least two (2) years of experience leading or mentoring a team of technical professionals
experience building or configuring integrations and automations — APIs, webhooks, provisioning logic, or workflow engines
strong customer-facing communicator
ability to deal with uncertainty
process-oriented with a strong product mindset
